  11.            I'm using Windows Terminal on Win 3.11 with a WiseCom 14.4 modem.

  13.            I noticed that Windows slows my modem to PC connection. When I type
  14. in commands it takes a few seconds for Windows to respond. Even with LOCAL 
  15. ECHO on Istill get a slow response. I have a feeling its to do with the way 
  16. Win 3.11 shedules the ports.

  18.            Anybody with a solution ?
